Tony Mowbray has confimed today he is looking to take long, long, long term target Oscar Trejo on loan in Januray, as well as revealing Korean winger Ki-hoo Yeom is training with the Baggies this week, (yes i know, another midfielder). Yeom plays his football for Ulsan Hyundai Horang-i in the Korean League, god bless wikipedia.
The Baggies boss went on to say:
“We talk to clubs every day about potential loans,”.
“There is nothing concrete that can be done at this stage.
“You might get a manager saying yes and then he picks up two injuries on Boxing Day.
“Things change on a daily basis. What I would say is that I’m not sitting here waiting for Lionel Messi.
“The transfer window is an exciting time for the media but it’s not that exciting for me.
“I’m not waiting for a wonder player who will necessarily change our season around.”
The Birmingham Mail article also reveals that Albion have confirmed that they have no money to spend and only loans will be brought in, things may have been different i think if we hadn’t be at the bottom of the table.

FYI his last name is Yeom. In Korea, the family name is said first.
